We've been feeling a little like groundhogs day around here, so we thought it would be fun to take a break from the norm and get away for the weekend.
We saw some buffalo along the way
and the first signs of snow for the winter.
A couple that we meet through church was heading to Sandusky OH to enjoy the indoor waterpark.
Let me tell you it was awesome. Since the arrival of our first little man activities like this are so much fun. There is nothing like experiencing life through their eyes. So much joy and excitement with every splash down a new slide.

Daddy was willing to get Sissy ready, but had a little trouble with the swimsuit.
Caleb entered the wave pool for the first time his typical cautious self, but once he realized the waves would not over take him he couldn't get enough.
Forming friendships is always enjoyable and we are very excited that we had so much fun adult conversation. However, watching these two little guys become such buds caused me to bubble over. 
They just seem like kindred spirits.
Makaylee is totally into Tinsley as well.
Neither of them really understand the benefit of friendship, but Makaylee always wants to be near her and do whatever it is she is doing.
Excluding eating Broccoli.
